Practical Information
THE EQUIPMENT
Your costume and latex combat gear (if you are a warrior) are essential. We expect players to make an effort to visually match the race they have chosen to portray.
As for weapons, they must be manufactured and designed for LARP practice, therefore made of soft latex. These weapons are readily available on specialized sales websites.
Many reference sites such as "MonGN" or "Mytholon" sell equipment (costumes, prosthetics, masks, latex weapons, medieval tents) perfect for practicing LARP.
For more specific masks and prosthetics, artisans such as the Crimson Moon Workshop and the Grimeur Workshop offer ideal creations for anthropomorphic costumes (Jiitun, Saronian, Nerrubis, Alakir)
Note for "Mass Larp" format events :
For mass gatherings, bring your own toilet paper; dry toilets and shower blocks will be available on site. Also bring clothing, especially for nighttime, and rain gear.
"If the elemental entities are unleashed, we'll have to fight in the rain!"
For fires, they are only allowed in a full-bottomed brazier, under constant supervision, you will have to bring your own wood.
MEAL
Buffet and Catering
For this edition of the Ishural events, we have strived to respect the standing of Dalvinor and the enchanters.
To our great delight, a buffet prepared by the caterer Magnolia will be provided to treat the Academy's guests.
"The director intends to lead by example and offer a glimpse of elven hospitality!"
The buffet will be served during the evening meal and is included in your ticket. It will consist of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
For requests for Vegan or special diets, a section will be provided for this purpose in the character creation questionnaire.
