Anchor 5

THE CAMP
Four distinct zones will be located on the field:
- The Bastion of the Union
- The Bastion of the Pact
- The Triad Bastion
- The City of Arcadis.
You will need to set up your camp in the area corresponding to your ticket and faction.
Your tents and decorations must have a medieval or historical appearance; no modern logos or fluorescent colors from a camping store. Use fabric, furs, drapes, and other embellishments to camouflage your modern tents and give them a more aesthetically pleasing look. The organizers reserve the right to remove any tent whose appearance does not conform to the medieval aesthetic of the LARP.
Remember, the territory of Arcadia is a land newly colonized by the races of Ishural, your character, just like you, will have just landed on Arcadia, so it will be up to you to set up a beautiful camp, comfortable and corresponding to the visual aesthetic of your faction/people.
A comfortable and well-organized camp is a significant advantage in winning a war.
Show your enemies that you are the best with a camp worthy of receiving war councils and diplomatic assemblies.
Dry toilets and showers will be available on site. We ask users of the facilities to use natural and biodegradable soap and toothpaste (such as Marseille or Aleppo soap).
THE EQUIPMENT
Your costume and latex combat gear are just as essential as your camp. We expect players to make an effort to visually match the race they have chosen to portray.
As for weapons, they must be manufactured and designed for LARP practice, therefore made of soft latex. These weapons are readily available on specialized sales websites.
Many reference sites such as "MonGN" or "Mytholon" sell equipment (costumes, prosthetics, masks, latex weapons, medieval tents) perfect for practicing LARP.
For more specific masks and prosthetics, artisans such as the Crimson Moon Workshop and the Grimeur Workshop offer ideal creations for anthropomorphic costumes (Jiitun, Saronian, Nerrubis, Alakir)
Bring your own toilet paper; dry toilets and shower blocks will be available on site. Also bring clothing, especially for the night, and rain gear. Although the LARP takes place during the warmer months, September can sometimes bring unpredictable weather.
"If the elemental entities are unleashed, we'll have to fight in the rain!"
For fires, they are only allowed in a full-bottomed brazier, under constant supervision, you will have to bring your own wood.

FOOD AND RESTAURANTS
Players are free to bring their own meals. For information regarding fires and permits, please visit the site's website: https://www.ozgn.fr/
